Students are requested to carefully read the rules and regulations framed by the College authorities and strictly follow them. After the admission of a candidate is finalized, it shall be taken for granted that all rules have been properly read by them. No excuse shall be entertained on this account later on.
The discipline is given the foremost importance in the college, and the candidate who seeks admission in the college must maintain it. If any trainee makes an attempt to violate the rules and regulations of the College, he will be punished by the disciplinary committee of the college.
No trainee is allowed to remain absent without leave. Leave should be sanctioned in advance by the Principal/Incharge. Any student who remains away from the college without permission will be dealt with as per college rules.
The students must secure a minimum of 75% attendance in all subjects in order to be eligible to appear for the University examinations.
No medical leave is allowed, even on the basis of the production of a medical certificate.
The college uniform is compulsory for both male and female trainees, and they must wear it on the prescribed days in a week.
Every trainee is required to carry their identity card at all times.
The trainees should make it a habit to consult the notice board daily for updates and important information.
No student of the college shall accept or retain a full-time or part-time job during the period of their training in the institution.
All trainees should reach the college at least ten minutes before the scheduled college time.
No political indulgence of the trainees in any form is allowed within or outside the college.
Students will not leave the college during college hours without permission. No student will be allowed to meet visitors or friends during college hours.
Trainees should hurry up and not waste time while changing lecture rooms.
Trainees are expected to pay due respect to all teaching and non-teaching staff members of the college.
Each trainee must carry a black bag to the college, which should contain separate registers for each subject, one rough register, the college prospectus, pens, pencils, and a scale.
All trainees are expected to take good care of the college infrastructure and avoid defacing the walls or furniture.
Students are expected to follow the schedule of activities or calendar framed for the college and take part in curricular and co-curricular activities as per the instructions of their teachers and authorities.
All students are expected to perform some duties or activities in college/institutional functions like NSS activities and other socially useful productive work. Refusal to participate in these activities or unwillingness to attend rehearsals, either before or after college hours, or during holidays, will be considered indiscipline and shall be dealt with strictly.
No trainee is supposed to enter the Principal's Chamber, office, or staff room without proper permission.
