RGMCE was nurtured by the late Mrs. Anu Dogra. In Kathua District, educational dreamers with great dedication and forward-thinking ideas are celebrated as champions of private enterprise in education. From a Teacher education Institute B.Ed. to M.Ed., B.A./B.Com, Four-year Integrated B.A.-B.Ed., and school IPS, it is a major educational complex offering education from Pre-school to Higher Education.

Mrs. Anu Dogra, a true visionary and pioneer in the field of education. As the founder of Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Education, Mrs. Dogra embodied exceptional professional qualities that made her a remarkable leader. Her dedication, passion, and commitment to education were evident in everything she did.

Under her guidance, our institution flourished, and she established several other educational institutions, including Indian Public School and Mount Litera Zee School. Her vision and leadership not only transformed our institution but also had a profound impact on the community.
