Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure
  1. A candidate seeking admission in any course for diploma described by the college should apply on the prescribed “Application form” contained in the prospectus, which is available in the college office during college hours on payment.

  2. The application must be accompanied with:-
    1. A discharge certificate from the head of the institution last attended showing
      1. That Candidate has passed the qualifying examination.
      2. That the candidate bears good moral character.
    2. Three copies of passport size photograph.
    3. An attested copy of matriculation certificates as proof of date of birth.
    4. The Scheduled Caste, Backward Class and Scheduled Tribe candidates must give a Certificate to that effect from the concerned SDM issued in the current year.
    5. Original Universities/Board Migration Certificate (If coming from other than Kurukshetra University/Board of School Education (Haryana).
    6. Certificate for validating the claim of weightage.
    7. Affidavit for a period, if any, duly attested by Notary Public.
    8. Two attested copies of the detailed marks certificate of the qualifying examination passed.

    1. The candidate will be required to present himself/herself personally before the admission committee of the college with application form along with aforesaid documents. Selection will be made strictly on merit basis.
      1. The college will allow provisional admission to its own students whose result of B.A., B.Com, and B.C.A examination is not yet declared by the university. On declaration of result if the student fails, his or her admission (Provisional) will stand cancelled ab-initio.
      2. The students whose result declared late by the kurukshetra university/Boar of Education (Haryana) may be allowed regular admission in the college subject to availability of seats.
      3. If the last date of admission falls on a holiday or that day is declared a holiday by Kurukshetra University / College the next working day will be considered as the last date of the purpose.
      4. Permission for joining late shall not be accepted as a justification for condoning deficiency in lecturers. Provided that in case a candidate who is allowed admission late as a result of any change in the rules/admission policy made by the university, the lectures shall be counted from the date of admission or form the eleventh day of the date on which the decision to change the rules/admission policy is taken whichever is earlier.
Important Notes :-
  1. Candidate placed under compartments in only one subject can be admitted to U.G. Courses (B.A, B.Com, B.C.A, and B.sc Non Medical) First semester, subject to clearance of 10+2 till March. As per university rules. Their eligibility will be concerned by talking into the account of minimum pass marks in the compartment subject concerned.
  2. Compartment clearance certificate of 10+2 examination of such students must be sent to the university after the declaration of result by the Board.
  3. No failed student is allowed admission to any course.

Reservation of seats
  1. Reservation of seats for Bonafide Residents of Haryana. The Seats shall be reserved for the categories as under:-

    I) Scheduled Classes 20%
    II) Backward Classes 27%(16% for Block ‘A’)except socially advanced persons(11% for block ‘B’)/ section (creamy layer)
    III) Physically handicapped 03% (1% for blindness or low vision 1% for hearing impaired, 1% for locomotor disability or cerebral palsy)

    If the seat reserved for Physically Handicapped person remain vacant due to non availability of suitable handicapped , these may offered to ex-serviceman and their wards(1%) and dependants of freedom fighters (1%).

  2. Distribution of seats :
    These seats shall be distributed as under:

    I) All India category including Haryana 15%
    II) Bonafide Residents of Haryana 85%

50% of the seats earmarked for bonafide residents of Haryana will be reserved for the categories as mentioned at () above, as per state govt. policy and remaining 50% seats will be filled from amongst General Category candidates. For more Details Please contact Admission Committee.
